Bars,Pubs etc.

Can anyone let us know what the bars or pubs are like,what to drink beer wise and what the average price to pay for a beer,Turkey worked out at around £2 for a bottle of Efes last summer and Bulgaria about 60p a pint.

Never go to bars or pubs while in Tunisia but in our hotel a pint of the local beer celtia costs 5.6 dinar so about 2.8 euro.

Depends where abouts you're staying, a lot of bars and clubs are within Hotels. Beer prices vary a lot, tend to be more expensive in hotels than anywhere else.

if you go thinking you can get a pint of malt beer forget it , its a lager type brew, still ok to drink though,

I really like the Tunisian beer Celtia it's around 5% and I wish they imported it to UK :)

I bought the beer in a supermarket and it was 1.5Dinar for a can but they were the size of Red Bull energy drinks :P

You are all inclusive in your hotel Paul so you dont need to worry about buying beer etc, it is drinkable,lol. You only have to pay for branded drinks like we get home here, sometimes , if you are lucky, you can even get them as part of all inc.

As for being a boot camp,lol, Tunisia is a lovely country, but it is North Africa not Benidorm!!!
