Yes you can sit out in the sun in November,we have been 4 times from beginning to end of November and the weather has been lovely and I have come home with a nice tan,but you only get about 4 to 5 hours of warm sun that time of year,we have swam in the sea ,but the hotel pools have been too cold, you will need a jacket at night temps drop quite a lot, lovely time of year to go,we have been sitting on the beach there in the sun and it has been snowing in England.
