What prescription medications allowed in tunisia

Can I take my prescribed drugs called tylex which contain codeine to Tunisia? I have tried a lot of websites for information but have not been able to get an answer. I know that codeine is banned in certain places such as Dubai. I would be grateful if anyone could advise as I am going on 11th august.

I have never heard of anyone having problems with prescription drugs but to be on the safe side I would take a copy of medical prescription with you. I would also keep medication in original package.
