Madagascar - flight and budget travel advice

My boyfriend and I are hoping to visit Madagascar for our honeymoon from ~29th August to the ~15th September.

Our first problem is that all the flights we can find on line are fully booked. Are there options only available to tour agencies?

Also, we hope to travel from Tana to Ile St Marie overland via a couple of days in Andasibe national park. We'd then like to get an internal flight to morodova and spend 4-5 days in Tsingy national park, then fly to Nosy Be and spend the rest of our holiday there. We'd then need another internal flight back to Tana.

Does this sound like a good/realistic itinerary?

Also, we are both experienced travellers, and would like to keep costs as low as possible. Would people recommend hiring a driver + booking accomodation/activities independently, or doing it through a tour operator? And if anyone has done this, could you give a rough idea of costs?

Your planing preview 4 flight for two persons at least. It seems a good planning but not so realistic. Do it with an agency, they can arrange it for you!
