Boat trip

Can anyone advise about boat trips from Grand Baie. We usually like a boat trip with atmosphere, lunch, snorkelling etc if possible.

Plenty of operators in Grand Baie who do trips to Gabrielle and Flat Islands to the north. They leave from Sunset Boulevard at 9am and return at about 4.30pm. Price includes bbq lunch (fish, chicken and lots of salads) plus all drinks. Good snorkeling while at anchor. Price should be round about Rs1200 - Rs1400 per person depending on who you book with. It's worth shopping around to get the best price. The operators on Royal Road all have brochures available as you walk along the road. Have a look at this site http://www.northviewtours.com/. No need to book until you get to Grand Baie.

We've done it twice and really enjoyed it both times.
