2 weeks itinerary and an idea of budget?

hubby and I are going for 2 weeks in October, we are considering destinations, and Namibia is on the list. We would love to see wildlife and desolate landscapes. We travel pretty basic (I just need showers, well and some food of course)

Would there be an itinerary you would recommend, as well as an idea of budget?

Many thanks

Lots of itineraries are already posted on here, if you want to do some research. Highlights include the Sossussvlei sand sea in the Namib Naukluft National Park, Etosha National Park, with Swakopmund and Damaraland between those two and both worth a visit. That's about your 2 weeks used up.

Obviously there is a lot more to see, but it is well spread out, and distances between sights long. Fisher River Canyon and Luderitz/Kolmanskop is in the south and the Kalahari extends all along the east.

In the North is Kunene, Ovamboland, and the Caprivi - all well worth visiting. You would probably do better to read a guide book and get a feel for the place.

Budget similar to the UK.
