finale itinerary India

Hi guys

With help from tripadvisor and lots of research, tears and compromises all round we have now decided on the following itinerary. So thank you to everyone who helped us, and any comments views welcome (but not changing a thing!!!!!).

23 nights February:

Delhi - 3 nights - fly Varanasi

Varanasi - 3 nights - fly mumbia

Mumbia - 2 nights - day train to south goa

Palolem - 4 nights - train to hampi

Hampi - 4 nights - (1)overnight train to bangalore - fly to Kochi

Backwaters homestay - 4 nights

Kovalam - 2 nights and then fly home from Trivandrum for a well earned rest

In the backwater homestay, I suggest you may give one day for houseboat, which will be a unique experience.
