Transfer in Delhi - Visa needed?

Hello,

I'm planning to visit Nepal next spring, flying with Lufthansa to Delhi and with JetAirways/IndiGO/etc. to Kathmandu, Do I need visa or these carriers using the same terminal. I can imagine that I will have to collect my checked luggages so will have to get through the immigration. .

What is the process of transfering in Delhi?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Jet Airways uses T3. Not sure about Indigo. If its from a different terminal, you may require a transit visa.

Thanks brave1,

I'd read the links u've provided. So if I understand it right: If I arrived to the same terminal as my outbound flight would depart from, I don't need an indian visa, but I should ask the outbound flight staff to make sure our bags gets loaded to the outbound plane.
