Amin Tours: is it usual?

Dear fellow travelers,

Amin Tours is featured in Lonely Planet and highly recommended in TA. I have booked a tour with him, but so far, either my emails to him has not been replied or it takes 1 week( after few prompting from me )for him to reply. Is that usual? How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?

Thanks

good in the sense of? a good agency usually responds to emails quite prompt. Im out of India, so calling might not be such a good option.

It's the busy season right now, that might explain it. It is also winter and maybe some people have the flu or they're short staffed or something.
