Taichung in the evening

I am going to SML & reach there by 12pm.Visit the various attractions & then take a 1700+ bus to Taichung.Spend the night at Taichung instead of SML since I have heard nothing much at night in SML.

From Taichung train station, how do I get to JingMing 1st street by bus?

Which night markets are better?

Fengjiao or Zhongxiao NM?

Have heard about the rave parties in Seduce pub...worth a visit? Or any other discos or pubs to intro during Thursday nights?

Board Taichung City bus 27 (of course there are other buses) from Taichung Bus Station to Jingming 1st Street (精明一街). Alight at Jhongming Primary School stop (忠明國小) along 中港路一段 / 中港路二段 and walk to the next street. A prominent landmark nearby is Evergreen Laurel Hotel. Bus fare: NT$20 Travel time: About 15 mins The cab fare is about NT$120

Fengjia NM, arguably the largest of all night markets in Taiwan, is my preferred choice over Zhongxiao NM (at rear of Taichung Railway Station).

I can't help you on the discos and pubs question.

SML is all about its tranquility, it is at its most beautiful in the late afternoon just before the fog sets in n early morning.Think ur itinerary is too combat style to really appreciate it.
