Lin Antai Homestead, Martyrs Shrine, National Palace Museum

Hello. I was hoping that one of the many kind experts could give me some advice on directions. We will be staying at the Dandy Hotel-Daan Branch and wanted to do the following sites:

(1) Lin Antai Old Homestead

(2) National Revolutionary Martyrs Shrine

(3) National Palace Museum

It looks like the Yuanshan MRT Stop is closest to the first site and abput 25 minute walk (which is fine) but how should we go from Lin Antai to Martyrs Shrine and then on to National Palace Museum. I saw some references to a Bus 213 which might do the trick but am not sure. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Walk to the main road Zhongshan N Rd Sec 3 and to the bus stop with traffic heading north. Board buses Red 2, 21, 208, 247 and 287 to Martyr’ Shrine, about 3 mins bus ride. It is just across the Keelung River. Fare: NT$15 You can use Easycard for payment of fare. Ask the bus driver or fellow passengers if in doubt. Martyr’s Shrine in Chinese: 忠烈祠

Martyr’s Shrine is located at No. 139, Peian Rd, Taipei (near Grand Hotel at Yuanshan) Opening hours: 0900 to 1700 hrs Free of charge.

From Martyr’s Shrine > National Palace Museum

Bus Brown BR13 (formerly 213) serves the direct link between Martyr’s Shrine and National Palace Museum. Fare: NT$15 You can use Easycard for payment of fare.

Correction.

Brown 13 (BR13) does not go to Martyr's Shrine after being renamed from 213.

If travelling from National Palace Museum to Martyr's Shrine, need a transfer along Peian Rd for buses Red 2, Red 3, 21, 208, 247, 267, 287, 646, 902 to Martyr's Shrine.
