When to book accomadation

Hey

We head to Thailand for 2 weeks in feb. We are planning on a few days in Bangkok, then a few in koh tao and samui and then on to phukhet before heading home. We keep looking at hotels on websites and they claim last room available. One thing I was looking forward to was picking hotels when we got there but am panicking now to book before we go? we are looking for decent 4star hotels if not 5 as been told there cheap. Anyone got any advice?

Thanks

Rich

Welcome to the forum.

One thing they definitely won't be is cheap. You'll be there in the middle of the high season and possibly during the Chinese New Year as well.

I'd suggest you book before you go to be on the safe side.

Kind regards

Jim

Unfortunately you are going in peak season, so many hotels will already be fully booked and prices are definitely not cheap. You take a chance if you don't pre book of arriving and not finding something suitable and you will definitely pay more by not pre booking.
