koh samui to bangkok

Hey guys! I will be travelling with a couple of friends in the may period. After koh samui we were thinking about going to bangkok and then to continue with our trip. I would like to ask you guys of there is anything worth looking at (eg. National parks, farmstays) between the journey from koh samui to bangkok?

Thanks in advance!

Sam Roi Yot south of Hua Hin - coastal national park - famous for birds

Kaeng Krachan just north of Hua hin - jungle style with accommodations , treks etc

Kui Buri 90 km south of Hua Hin for viewing elephants safai style in the wild

The train line from Surat Thani or the highway up to Bangkok means you can hop place to place, Ban Krut / Bang Saphan is good for local area some culture, beaches, Koh Talu island for snorkeling, the whole coastline has great places, also Prachuap Khiri Khan town is worth a night stop to see the sunsirse over the amazing bay

Prachuap Khiri Khan is a lovely Thai fishing town on the way to Hua Hin, very traditional with hardly any tourists.
