So very kind of you to give me permission to fly EVA I wouldn't have dreamt of using them without your prior consent!

I have also flown them many times and found them very good but don't really understand what your post is about?

London Chris, If you ever manage to interpret the original post, please let me know!

Do you think its a warning to avoid economy class? I have managed to reserve economy seats on the upper deck where (apparently) there is a 36" seat pitch. Sounds good enough for me. £600 economy is quite enough to pay thank you very much.

I think what BUTY meant by AVOD was Audio and Video on Demand. (not aviod)

I read it somewhere on www.evaair.com.

They do not charge to reserve seats just go on line at their web site and you can do it yourself, if you have booked through an agent they can do it for you.

We just flew with Eva Air their service was great, however we were due to fly back on the 10th, they cancelled our flight, then reinstated it with lots of passengers who were stranded but didn't book us back on it and we had to wait a further 5 days, be warned! you cannot get hold of them easily whilst in thailand!!
