Bangkok International Dental Centre

Today I went to BIDC across the road from MBK. Although I did not need major work done, here is what was done and the cost.

2x xray cost 150 baht each.

Cleaning, Scaling and Polish cost 1,500 baht.

2x Filling cost 1000 baht each

2x Filiing cost 1800 baht.

Total of 5,800 baht.

Clean and hassle free service.

I did go in last week and booked an appointment for this week.

I think your experience is representative of the quality of services and professionalism of this dental centre. I am due back in BKK on Saturday for further dental work and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Transparency is the word...Know what quality of treatment you are recieving and being informed exactly what you are going to pay....something you'll never get in Australia unfortunately!!

I went to BIDC because it was recommended here on trip adviser. I am in Thailand for 3 weeks so went to BIDC and booked an appointment. I would try the to email them to make an appoinment for when you are in Bangkok. SydneyJed above has given the website address. The service at BIDC is 2nd to none. Everything is explained to you as well as the costs. They even gave me a hand held mirror to hold and they showed me where I needed the fillings etc. Yes it is a shame we do not get the same service back in Australia. Actually it makes me think why we pay so much in Australia. Getting dental work done here is certainly NOT 2nd rate.

I honestly do not know dunny..but they do have a orthodontic centre so would be absolutely no harm in just going into the link, emailing them and asking what treatment you need and they will respond to any questions very promptly and will at the very least give you some sort of idea of cost involved..Their main dental building is just up from the Thailand Cultural centre is 5 floors and has many specialists in dental care!

Has anyone had any complicated implants or peridontal work done there?
