As a matter of interest, the hotel is under threat of demolition as it was built illegally (that is not to say its not safe). The city government ordered it knocked down but it won't happen yet as there are ongoing court cases which could last years.

Quiet residential area. No late closing coffeeshops nearby. Conrad Hotel is the only close by place which has a coffeeshop. Novotel 10 mins. walk. What is late closing??
