Then try the great Street Food you can find all over Bangkok.
Done that and loved that :) as well as the food courts.
Sometimes it's just nice to sit down and enjoy.
I think you are talking about teppanyaki, there are a few around Bangkok. The Anantara Riverside hotel has one and there is Nami in the Marriott.
Sounds almost like Food Loft. So give Food Loft a try, can be found at Zen or Centrel Chidlom.
Also have a look at Osihi Grand at Siam Discovery - Its a Japanese restaurant but they also have a section where you take your selection of sea food to the chef(s) and they will cook it for you.
