Does the AE1 bus still run from the Airport to the Arnoma?

No. All AE buses finished about 2 years ago. Get the ARL to Ratchaprarop and then either walk or get the 77, or 74 bus.

Can you please tell me how far I have to walk from Ratchaprarop to the Arnoma if I didn't take the 77 or 74 bus? Directions please? Thanks.

According to Google, it is 950 metres and will take you 12 minutes. When you leave the station just head due south: https://maps.google.co.th/maps?hl=en&q=arnoma+bangkok

From Ratchaprorop by taxi (using the meter) maybe 35 baht - 45 baht. Have coins and small bills. Just over a dollar US. Same price for one person in a taxi or full load. City Line from Suvarnabhumi is less than 45 baht to Ratchaprorop.

Like the old Airport Bus system the Airport Rail Link stops at midnight.

I have done the walk many times(without luggage). I would suggest walking on the Makkasan side as it is less congested.
