Your hotel appears to be near BTS Chong Nonsi station. Get on the BTS Silom line till Siam. Then hop over to the BTS Sukhumvit line and travel till the Mo Chit station. The Chatuchak Market is right here. The whole trip should not cost you more than 70 to 80B.

Regarding #2 meeko-rtw, I agree you should take the MRT, which is definitely the most convenient way, but don't get off at Chatuchak Park but rather at Kampaeng Phet which is actually inside the market.

Though MRT/BTS are convenient, go for MRT needing less change overs and Kamphengphet station (as previous post advises) right within market. If you are alone, this is best- but if you have done much shopping, return journey may be better by taxi. Also taxi may be cheaper and convenient if party is of three our four people.

Thank you all for replies.

What how much it will cost if I go by taxi? My tour operator quoted as 2300 INR.

Thank you everyone. Finally I decided to go by MRT trains.

But I have one doubt. Is it safe to travel early morning by MRT. Because as we are going to weekend market, we need to start early. And what is the approximate time it takes to reach there?

First of all the MRT is very safe. It will take about 15 minutes to reach Kampaeng Phet. Secondly Chatuchak Market doesn't really get going until about 10:00. So there's no point in going too early.
