Kid Friendly Hotel?

Hi All, we'll be in Thailand in Jan. and are looking for a kid-friendly hotel. We had a active toddler and would love a place with a beach, kid's pool, child activity center place, etc.

If anyone could suggest a few places, that'd be great. Thanks!

Centara Grand, Banana Fan Sea, Peace Resort, White House, Imperial Boat House...Not all of them have activity centers but all are well located on a great beaches and are kids-friendly.

I can recommend the Centara Grand Beach at the southern end of Chewang. We took our 2 kids (then aged 8 and 6) there in Oct 2009 and it was perfect. The beach is very nice there, quieter than other parts. The pools are great. The staff are wonderful. You're only a minute away from the nightlife on the main road but the resort has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Try to get a Club room with the free evening drinks. I didn't put our children in the kids club because it seemed more suitable for the very young ones but they were very happy nonetheless.
