Well we're sitting in the Departure lounge waiting for our flight to Hong Kong after spending 10 wonderful days in Samui. On Day 8 we splashed out and did the Cookery Course at our hotel which was really great! First we visited Nathon market with the head Thai chef at the Anantara and then came back and prepared and cooked 3 Thai dishes which we ate for lunch with a glass of wine - superb! Friday we spent on the beach until it was time to go up to the walking street which was even more crowded than the previous week but still great fun. We had dinner at Nirvana restaurant which certainly lived up to its TA rating. Yesterday was our last full day and we mixed up some beach time with some pool time and some last minute shopping..... exhausting.
So as we sit here and reflect not only on our 10 days in Samui, but also on the previous 10 in Bangkok, Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai our conclusion is that we love Thailand, we absolutely adore Samui and as someone once said "We'll be back"! D
