hotel to stay in pattaya

Hi Guys,

We are two couples from india will be visiting Bangkok and pattaya in next Feb. We would like to stay near the beach as well as near the walking street or very happening place like that in Pattaya. Our budget is around 900-950 baht per night including breakfast. Any suggestions fellas??? The hotel should be clean and safe.

Souro G, have you browsed the budget hotels in Pattaya in this forum?

Narrow down your choices and members here can help you with your choice.

Additionally have a look at the FAQ - Pattaya for couples just to get a perspective of what to expect.

B. Regards

I assume you mean two different hotel rooms, one for each couple.

My advice is to choose a hotel between North Pattaya Road and South Pattaya Road if you will only be in the city for a couple days. Many things to walk to in this area and you can use cheap baht buses.

If a hotel has breakfast or not that is a cheap meal even if you buy outside the hotel. Do forum check for breakfast choices. Many cheap breakfast buffets available in other hotels that allow walk-ins. Supermarkets and a few vegetarian restaurants available too.

Sawasdee hotel chain has one hotel between Sai Song and Beach Road.Sawasdee Seaview.

Apex Hotel and Ice Inn are close together. (No lift at Ice Inn.)

Do a forum check for hotels in your price range. February is a long time from now anyway.

(Use a real computer for forum checks for hotels and FAQ's, also for hotel and "things to do" information on the top of the page that show up on the green banner.)

Other hotels show up with a forum check and even a few on this map.

Sawasdee also have sawasdee sunshine 5 minute walk away, on soi honey just off sai song. Across the road from soi 10. Nothing special but a decent budget hotel, superior rooms about 900 baht, including breakfast. Not sure his good the breakfast is, never been up early enough!!!! Fit a good cheap breakfast though, I rovers bar on soi lk metro, 5 minute walk away. You get a big breakfast for just 99 baht.
