Distance Phuket airport to Surin Beach ?

We'd like to stay in Surin Beach but have an early flight planed on depature. How long is the transfer to the airport ? How far is Surin beach from the airport ? Many thanks.

Early in the morning Surin Beach will be about 30 minutes from the airport - if driven at a sane speed. That means the local taxi guys can get you there in about 20-22 minutes.

Not sure of the exact distance though.

Yeah, as the crow flies, it's not that far, perhaps 15 km. But you have to drive East, then North, then West to the airport. There is a more direct, very scenic route that would take longer most likely if you head up the coast. Lots of windy, hilly, roads with slow locals on them but a good way to see the more natural side of Phuket

I'd say 30 minutes should be enough time to get you there. maybe 45 for the scenic route.
