Rescue Remedy on the plane

Am petrified of flying, only flown to Bali twice, but this flight to Phuket will take twice as long on Thursday midnight. Chemist recommended Resue Remedy to easy my anxiety, said she had used it herself. So I paid the $31.00, got home and then wondered if I can take it on the plane as it is a small spray bottle. Won't be much use to me if I can't take it on the flight will it??

Hi,as long as it is less than 100 mls you will be fine, & thats the measurement on the bottle. You cant take a larger bottle with 100mls of liquid in it. I have used it in the past & it does seem to help.

Have a great holiday,

Its two weeks until we set off, going to Bangkok Chiang Mai Chiang Rai & then 10 nights in Phuket.

Lil

More chance getting in a car wreck than a plane crash. :)

That size should be fine & Rescue Remedy does help, but why don't you have your doctor perscribe a few Xanax pills to help you?

That is pretty much guaranteed effective.

I am with Techjockey, why dont you go to the doctors and get something stronger, if you are really scared of flying. Valium is always my choice for flying.

Also just remember the reward when you get there is worth the flight

It's only a 20ml spray, so I should be o.k., what a relief.

I don't want to take prescription medication, not comfortable with it, I don't even have panadol in the house.

Britmaveric, it's about "motion", the take off and landing, and being cooped up in a confined atmosphere that causes me much anxiety.

Im the same. I can't stand being cooped up, especially on a plane where you can't get off :/ has to be done though. Just think about all the amazing things that await you :)
