Boats to islands?

Hi, thinking of travelling to phuket in april or may, is it possible to still get out to the islands at that time of year, without boats being cancelled? If so which would be the easiest to access? Cheers

April normally has pretty good weather here in Phuket although hot.

What part of Phuket would you be staying in?

Many boats head to islands south of Phuket via Rawai beach (longtails and speedboats)

There are a few spots on the northeast part of Phuket that head to islands off the east coast.

What are you looking for in an island? resorts? people? remoteness? natural beauty? day trips?

Of all the months of the year April offers the closest thing that Phuket has to 'guaranteed' good weather . You can expect flat seas and blue skies and you would be extremely unfortunate to be here on holiday in April and experience weather bad enough to have to cancel a boat trip .

Kind Regards

No need to pre-book your tour or accommodation during April/May, the exception being the Songkran week.

Just book your island trip 24 hours in advance provided the weather reports are ok.
