im lactose intollerant also & have no issues getting soy milk at most 7-11, Big C and most other supermarkets
There are a lot of milk choices in Thailand supermarkets, not sure about lactose free milk, but as txnkitten says, lots of soy milk and we've also bought rice milk before.
Tesco Lotus stores also.
We couldn't find lactose free cows milk but we could get soy everywhere.
Have you heard of lacteeze tablets? They replace the enzyme that your body can't make to break the lactose down. Hubby is lac intolerant but eats dairy easily with no problems if he takes lacteeze.
Feel free to PM me if you have any questions :)
Thanks for the replies guys... It's for our kids, last time we went we took 20 + 1ltr UHT milks with us (Taking up most of our baggage allowance hahaha) and trying to avoid this time.. :)
Definitely going to get it there this time, so thanks for your help...
