Beach resort near Ho Chi Minh City - any suggestions?

Please can someone help us and recommend a beach resort stay within two hours of Ho Chi Minh city? We want somewhere 4 or 5 star, and relatively easy to get to. We are two adults and two kids aged 5 and 8 - just want to swim and enjoy a lovely pool and beach - a bonus would be a kids club and being able to explore local regions. Many thanks! Tania

You're better off stretching to 4 hrs & going to Mui Ne!

Vung Tau is the nearest seaside town to HCMC. There is a fast ferry service from HCMC that will get you to Vung Tau in around 1 hr.

I recommend Paradise Resort.
