The prices charged are not appropriate to the service offered, do it yourself or use a local travel agent if you want better value.

Hi

Well I have never toured with a professional tour company but I have traveled over many years. If you feel comfortable with a group go that way if you want to plan it all it is easy just read as much as possible talk to other travellers not travel agents who want your money and have a go you will love it.

Safe Travels.

You can have a custom made tour organized for just you by a local Vietnam based agent for far less than the cost of these tours.

Have a look at Exotissimo, Mrs Ha at Vietland Discovery, Tonkin Travel, Buffalo Tours or Indochina Voyages for some ideas. We used Tuan at Indochina Voyages twice now, and couldn't fault the cost or the service.

And just as an aside; there's nothing quite so amusing in Vietnam as watching a tour group pass by. All in matching t-shirts or caps, blindly following a guide holding an umbrella or something even more bizzare aloft so they don't lose him. That picture could be you!
