Vietnam China Relations

Hi All,

I am aware that this may be an ignorant question and am really just looking for some reassurance here i suppose. I am traveling to HCMC in the coming weeks, does anyone think that I would get a hard time at all for having recently traveled to china?

and out of curiosity- and unless you are Chinese...how are the general public supposed to know you've recently travelled to china?

I was referring more to customs officials, but you have a valid point.

As long as you don't walk around wearing a t-shirt saying "I have recently been to China", you'll have no problems. If you DO walk around wearing a t-shirt saying "I have recently been to China", you'll still have no problems.

On the other hand if you walk around with a T shirt logo saying "Spratleys belong to China" then you may get some unwarranted attention.
