Money - Euro or Dollar?

I use Euros at home - so should I change to Dollars at home, and change to Dong once in Vietnam, or will my Euros be echanged to Dong in Vietnam?

The second you said....or you make 2 banks rich instead of one...ATM is not free but no post if your Euros goes missing in some hotel rooms...

Why bring money at all?

Just use an ATM and pull out vnd

Simple

Try for a card that has no foreign currency conversion fees.

Exchange rate at Vietcom bank at Hoan Kiem today.

1 Euro buys 26404 Dong

Your own bank will be lower whether at home of thruough an ATM here.
