Reservations & Giving Deposits for Tours?

Just wondering how much deposit you usually willing to leave for small/medium sized travel companies (ones that cover only one country which you only found by searching tripadvisor or other travel websites) that will book your tours in advance for you?

Concerned about booking tours after getting there since afraid of not making smart decision while in a unfamiliar place.

No need to deposit in advance.

You can book a hotel in Hanoi or SaiGon and ak them to help you with every trips.

The hotel can give you better price and highe quality because they want to develop their business so they always try their best to help you with everything you need and give you the best service ever.

If your budget is low you can chose some hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter as : Mai Charming Boutique Hotel or Indochina Legend or Golden Land hotel....They will give you full info what you need...

Good luck.

By practice, most travel companies will request clients to pay full 45 days prior to arrival. Only few allow clients to pay the remaining upon arrival.

My rather logical process would be not to deposit more than I could afford to lose.
