Chan May Port Fee $25

We have been told from tour providers that there is a $25 fee per person to be picked up at the cruise ship. Is it possible to walk out of the port and meet up with tour guides there and avoid the fee?

Is the port safe to walk through?

The question is yes, Chan May port is not too far from the terminal. It is about 15 minutes walking with 500 m length. The tourguide might not come in, have to wait you outside for the private tour.

In case, you do not want to spend $25 for picking up, you have to spend extra $5/pax to habour management, so they can pick you. The fee could pay on behalf of you to the habour management.

Best regards,
