none of us can move Phnom Penh - so I guess... yeah, the location is fine
The founders of the city thought so and it's still here so must be ok for the millions who live in the Greater Phnom Penh which now expanding at a fast rate.

I want to catch the Bamboo Train. Does it call at Phnom Penh train station? Does it sell ice-cold Fosters in the buffet car?
Champagne service all the way but only in First Class.
Dining car on the night train is better though.
