The founders of the city thought so and it's still here so must be ok for the millions who live in the Greater Phnom Penh which now expanding at a fast rate.

What's the hygiene like?

Is it best to travel with my own plates, knives, forks and spoons?

I want to catch the Bamboo Train. Does it call at Phnom Penh train station? Does it sell ice-cold Fosters in the buffet car?

Champagne service all the way but only in First Class.

Dining car on the night train is better though.
