Hello, I'm thinking of travelling to Malaysia in July 2012 and was wondering if anyone knows what the weather is like at this time of year and is Malaysia a safe place for a single female to travel around.

Weather? No one knows for sure....its the tropic.

As for safety, so long as you dont do things that you wont do at home, dont walk down dark alley, dont flash your $$$$ around, be street smart, read thru the forums on scams and take the normal precautions, you'll be fine.

Weather . . . FAQ Weather ----> It will be hot, the sun will shine, it will rain, it will be humid and there will be cloud, and probably all in the same day!!

Safe place to travel, unless you are silly (as many of us tourists are at times). Just be sensible. Safer than London!!
