Reasonably priced beach resort for honeymoon

Hi there!

We are planning our honeymoon from 19th June - 5th July. The first half is going to involved KL, KK, Danum Valley Rainforest Lodge, a riverside lodge and a night in Sepilok to see the oragutans. It is going to be an active first part as you can see and so we are looking for somewhere to stay for 6 nights where we can chill out, enjoy a bit of luxury on a beautiful beach and explore the local area/restaurants easily. We have looked the Gayana Eco resort but a lot of the reviews say it is very expensive and that the food isnt great. I loved the sound of Casa del Mar in Langkawi but it doesnt seem to be the best time to go with a lot of rain as a risk.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! (Our other option is Bali!)

Thanks!!

I recommend you to visit Perhentian Island among the best island at East Coast of Malaysia...Terengganu.Based your need, the price and budget are still reasonable not too expensive..Lots tourist visiting Perhentian Island all the year..because is the right choice.

Recommended place to stay at Abdul Chalet..among the best accommodation but all the time booked..try your luck here..

Lots of restaurant here, its mean lots of choice..at Abdul Chalet ,Cozy Chalet , Newcocohuts Chalet and TunaBay Resort...most of restaurant offering Malaysian dishes , Thai and Western ..

June are the peak season because weather are good here..

Snorkeling activity are the best option for you.
