Lily Beach or Park Hyatt Hadahaa?

Hi there

Would be grateful for any views on the following.

We're looking to spend 7 nights for our honeymoon at either Lily Beach (in a lagoon villa) or the Park Park Hyatt Hadaha (in a park villa).

Both are offering All Inclusive packages at around the same price in June 2013.

Lily Beach seems to tick all the boxes and looks perfect for us, although an all inclusive package at the Park Hyatt for the same price seems too good an offer to turn down.

I've never been to the Maldives before so I cannot compare easily and as it's honeymoon I seem to be deliberating a lot!

We're not massive divers and do like to socialise a bit on hols over a drink etc but also appreciate the Maldives is not a party island etc.

Any views on this would be really grateful.

Thanks

Hadahaa is reputed to have the better house reef but that's only going on reviews...not been to either.

Hello Barca

Park Hyatt is far superior - the reef is miles better, the rooms larger and better equipped.

Park Hyatt have made a bold move by offering All Inclusive cheaper than their normal B&B rate - unusual for a top notch 5 star resort.

If it is within budget - book it immediately and pat yourself on the back for getting a bargain.

Richard,

I booked Park Hyatt a ways back for April and their AI was an additional $270/pp/day. Is that still in line with current rates? I ask because of your comment above about it being priced low...

Thx!

Hi Patrick

No- they have changed their pricing policy - however as you secured your booking prior to the change then your costs have been fixed.

Have a great time - it is a beautiful island.

Thanks
