With the money you pay for the cheapest villa you can have 100 exotic vacations for 2 weeks together with your loved one in any corner of The Planet. What will happen if the ocean level will rise? For me it is not a great deal.

I also think that the restaurants and thing like service charges would be a bit pricey, but it might not bother anyone with that much to spend on a water villa!
