hello
is there a tax to exit sri lanka ...?
we got our ETA approval notice through the official web site for free two weeks ago (entry into the country) but what about the exit ????
is it true or not

Hi Robert,
There is a departure tax but for about 10 years already that is ALWAYS included in the ticket price. So you paid that already when booking your flight, nothing extra to pay at airport.

Hi Robert...
Yes, the departure tax as Erik correctly says, is included in the cost of your airline ticket, it does make you wonder why the ETA cost was not also done this way, but i guess this is usual for things in Sri Lanka, make everything difficult and costly of course for themselves....
Not cheap running a website, then paying credit card fees.....
