Only for Nuwara Eliya will you need a jumper or a jacket for the evenings. Otherwise pack light - preferably cotton - clothes.

Hi Marshall

Feeling cold is relative to what your normal climatic living conditions are like. 20C or below is cold for me and I have felt very cold in Nuwara Eliya and Bandarawela. I travel with a couple of pairs of socks which are also useful for protecting the feet when visiting hot rock temples as well as a lightweight woolen jumper that zips to the neck and leggings - just in case I end up in the cooler parts. When in Nuwara Eliya one December I had to wear the leggings under my jeans, even during the morning.

Bandarawela and Nuwara Eliya can be somewhat cold during this time of the year. So it is good be prepared anyway
