Where to stay-first timer

Hi all, we are thinking of going to Turkey this summer but need advice please as have never been before. We would prefer self catering, would like to be near a beach & near lots of restaurants. My husband & I are in our 40s and our daughter will be 15 when we are planning on going in July. We are used to going to Menorca, like mid to large complexes that are within walking distance to restaurants etc.

Thanks in advance

Take a look at Icmeler or Oludeniz, you would fly into Dalaman for both these resorts..

Good Luck with choosing Turkey is a very large country with loads of resorts,we have been going since 1993.

Have a look on the Bodrum Peninsula, Bitez is lovely and you will have no trouble finding self catering apartments there. You could also look at Yalikavak or Turgutreis.
