You can find all the opening times on this fabulous website:

http://allaboutturkey.com/region-istanbul.htm

go to the site and see the opening days and hours. Only if it says not open during public or religious holidays you would ahve bad luck. As far as İ know that counts only for the Grand Bazar.

Enjoy!

Only Spice Bazaar and Grand Bazaar are closed during the bayram but all other attractions follow their regular schedules. The museums are open. You will enjoy the bayram with the rest of the people.

Most Turkish museums are open every day of the week, except Mondays. Palaces are also closed only on Mondays. The famous Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays instead of Mondays. In order to receive permission for photos or films in museums or at ancient ruins, a fee, which varies according to the entrance fee, is charged. The photographing or filming, for commercial use, of yet unpublished objects which are copyrighted, requires a special permit from the general Directorate of Antiquities and Museums. In Ankara most museums are closed on the first day of religious holidays.

MUSEUMS

The first day morning Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Chora Church will be closed but in the afternoon most of the museums will be open. Grand Bazaar and Sprice Bazaar will be closed during the bayram.

BANKS & BUSINESSES CLOSED

Most banks, business and government offices are closed for five days or longer, so you should stock up prior to the start of the holiday on Turkish lira cash and any supplies you may need. A few shops and businesses stay open to provide essentials. Restaurants are generally open. Shops and bazaars tend to be closed on the first day of the holiday, but some if not most will re-open after the first day.

TRANSPORT SNARLED

Public transportation continues to run, and is heavily used. Planes, trains, buses and hotels are likely to be severely crowded during the holiday period. In Istanbul, more than 2200 buses depart the International Bus Terminal daily at the beginning of the holiday, with Turks off on vacation or to visit friends and family, so avoid travel then, or have iron-clad reservations and be prepared for delay and inconvenience.

You have to click on the specific items on the website,

so when you are on this page:

http://allaboutturkey.com/region-istanbul.htm

then you can click on the first on the list which is: Major mosques of Istanbul and then you come here:

http://allaboutturkey.com/ist_mosq.htm

you will see all the opening times per site.
