Secret Look Out

I just read an article in a magazine which says to ask any local about a secret lookout on the Asian side of Istanbul.

I know it is a secret (haha), but can anyone tell me where it is please?

I am very curious.

Cheers

The Asian side is an enormous area. Do they mean Camlica? It's not secret though but a high hill with good views across the city.

Can it be Otağ Tepe in Anadolu Hisarı?

Yes, Kachika I think you have one of the views of the city from that park. Which steps? It is mostly flat on the top.

There are two places on the Asian side, which can be considered as a "lookout" spot: Çamlıca Hill and Otağ Tepe. The former is a widely known tourist place, I think it should be the latter which is both a lookout spot and a less known (more hidden) place. Here is video of Otağtepe:

You decide.

Well Borus I do not know if this is the place the writer was referring to, but it certainly looks lovely. Thanks.

Well I went there today. It's really nice and not crowded. However, not easy to access unless you use a boat, of which there are very few.
