Istanbul to Greece

I'm traveling to Istanbul for the first time with friends. I then need to kill 2 days to get to Paros in Greece. I was thinking it would be more interesting and fun to go by ferry and or train. I possibly will be alone for this portion (not a big deal for me). Is there anything I should know? Any "must see" stops I should think about? What are the trains/ferry's like? I have done Athens a few times so I don't need to do it again. I've saved for the trip so that's not an issue.

Thanks for the help.

Jennifer, no trains there. It is best to fly to Mykonos from ıstanbul by Atlas Jet and take a ferry from Mykonos to Paros. Sept. 7 is the last day of flights for the season. Mykonos aand Paros are not far from each other.

good luck,
