2 days in north of israel

Hi.

We are traveling in Israel in September. We would like to do a 2 day 1 night drive from Tel Aviv to the north. We do have a rental car. The catch is that we want to do this sept 6-7, 2013. We do realize that it is not only Shabat but also the end of Rosh Hashana.

This limits our choices to attractions, restaurants and even hotels. In any case we would like to enjoy the area for these two days.

We would really like some help in planning an agenda. We both have been to Israel a couple of times, so on or off the beaten track suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Peter

You are correct that finding lodging will be difficult. You may be able to find room in a Christian guest house in the Galilee or perhaps a Zimmer in one of the Druze Villages. Once you havw found a place to stay we can help you with the itinerary.

The other more convenient option is to postpone your departure by a day or two.

Thanks so much for your reply. Will are thinking that we would stay near tiberias for the night, maybe Arbel Guest House.

Unfortunately we can't change the dates so we are trying to make the best of these days.
