We are a family of 4, flying into Tel Aviv on December 23rd @4.30pm and flying out December 25th Christmas day @9am. Goals are to see Jerusalem, Bethlehem and the Dead Sea if at all possible (I know its rushed, so we may need to pick 2 of the 3). To maximize our time, I plan on taking a taxi to Jerusalem on the 23rd evening and do a full day of touring on the 24th, and leave Jerusalem early 25th morning to Tel Aviv Airport.
Our interests in Jerusalem would be to see points of cultural/historic/religious significance for Jews/Christians/Muslims. I have come across a half day walking tour https://www.lonelyplanet.com/jerusalem/activities/jerusalem-three-religions-holy-city-walking-tour/a/pa-act/v-6785JERUS/361047) or another (http://onedayitinerary.com/one-day-in-jerusalem-itinerary/). Any recommendations for one of them? or something different?
Assuming I spend a half day in Jerusalem, would it make sense to also see Bethlehem or the Dead Sea in the afternoon / evening? Any recommendations on how I can do that, and where I can book? Truly appreciate your help in advance!
