Rdglady makes a fair point. To be charitable:
If the main mehadrin hekhsherim are acceptable to you (Badatz and/or Jerusalem Rabbinate - Mehadrin), you really don't have to worry much. In any Jewish area of Jerusalem you're likely to choose, you'll find places. If you require specific hekhsherim then these will naturally be found in the more Charedi areas (e.g. from Geula and back toward the Central Bus Station, or around Shmuel Hanavi / Bar Ilan Intersection).
Shaul summed it up quite well - there are so many restaurants and eateries in Jerusalem with a Mehadrin or Badatz hechsher that you won't have to go far to find one (or ten).
