Shabbat Dinner

Any suggestions for a nice restaurant to eat in, in Jerusalem for a Friday night Shabbat dinner besides the hotel. I do understand that Kosher restaurants will be closed.(correct?) Thanks

Most of the restaurants in Jerusalem (unlike Tel Aviv) are kosher, meaning they will be closed on Friday night. There are some non-kosher restaurants that will be open, but if you're looking for a "Shabbat dinner" experience, you won't find it at such an establishment. If you want to absorb the feeling of a traditional Shabbat evening meal, you'll need to do that at a hotel.
