How much would it cost for a taxi from ben gurion airport to a hotel in Jerusalem on a Sunday evening about 8pm?

At 8pm, the taxi should be 212 shekels. From 9pm onwards, and at weekends/festivals it is 254. If you are more than 2 people, the driver may charge 3.80 shekels for each additional passengar, and he is also allowed to charge 3.40 shekels for each piece of baggage (not including hand baggage).

You could also take a sherut(shared taxi) for 20% of that
