I can't think of too much to do in Tiberias in the evenings. Bring a good book and have dinner at the Decks restaurant on one of the evenings.
C'mon guys. Do you only go to one sub-forum on the Israel forum? I usually don't even notice which of the subforums a post is on. Give the folks a break - most of us read all the posts anyway.
And now, a duplicate posting is just going to confuse.
Anyway, back to the OP. Are you going to have a car while you are in Tiberias?
The Israel Museum in Jerusalem is open on Tuesdays until 9 pm.
Just a note to say that I posted a contrary view on the Tiberias question in the other post.
And yes, most of us read all of the posts in the Israel forums, not just local ones, so now the duplicate post that we pushed him to do has created scattered answers.
Lovefishing, you did nothing wrong.
Thanks Pitzikat. My wife and I are thinking of not joining our group for dinner to go to Tower of David.
We are joining a group from a church in San Diego and they have this set itinerary already.
This gives us a reason for ( already planning ahead LOL) a 2nd trip to visit Masada , Temple Mount and other sites.
Check the times of the Tower of David performances. Since you are eating fairly early by Israeli standards, you may well be able to dine with your group and then go to see the show - it is about an hour in total. You will probably have to make reservations online as they do sell out.
