Visa on arrival for gcc resident

Please, I need your thoughts on this. I want to travel for 3 days to Kuwait this coming Thursday. Im Filipino with valid resident card in Oman. My position is Translator/Interpreter. Can I avail the visa on arrival facility in Kuwait?

It is best you approach the airlines with copy of your passport and visa, they would advise you properly. In any case there is a minimum validity of your Oman visa as well as passport, for 6 months while in Kuwait.
